The World Human Rights Council (WHRC )is a wing of the HEAD Trust, which is recognized by the Government of India. This organization was registered in the year 2019. The Founder of the organization is Mr. Battini Madhav. For the World Human Rights Council wing, Mrs. Gows Parvin Banu is serving as the National President and is handling her responsibilities actively. Mr. Devarakonda Satyanarayana (Satish) is working as the National General Secretary and is playing a key role in the organization’s activities. The central office of the organization is located in New Delhi, the capital of India. However, as per the directions of the founder Mr. Madhav, all organizational activities are being carried out from Hyderabad, Telangana, under the leadership of the National President Mrs. Gows Parvin Banu and the supervision of the National General Secretary Mr. Devarakonda Satyanarayana (Satish).
